Steps:

  1. Log into onshape and create a new document by clicking create and then document on the left side of the screen.

  2. In the top-right corner click on your name, go to "my account", then "preferences", and set the length default unit to millimeters. Then save the changes and return to your document.

  3. Press "top" on the cube in the top-right corner so that it zooms over the top plane.

  4. Press "sketch" in the top left corner and select the outer edge of the top plane so that is says that the top plain is the sketch plane.

  5. In the top left corner there is a tool that looks like a rectangle with circles in the top-right corner and the bottom-left corner. When it is hovered over it says, "corner rectangle". Click on that button and draw a square on the plane starting at the origin. The measurements of the square do not matter yet.

6. Click the button that is second from the right that says "dimensions" when hovered over and click on one of the line. Drag away from the square and click again. Then input the value 7.8 as the size. Do this again for a perpendicular line so that you form a perfect square.

7. Click the green check mark in the little window.

8. Press the button to the right of the "sketch" button that says "extrude". Then click on the square.

9. Change the depth value to 9.6mm and press the green check mark.

10. Press the third from the right button that says plane. Then press on the square. Then change the offset distance to 0mm.

11. Press the green check mark.

12. Press the sketch button and select the outer edge of the new plane (plane 1).

13. Use the circle button next to the square tool, which was previously used. Create a circle in the center of the square. If you find the center on one of the line and drag toward that center (while not clicking the tool) and then do the same to a perpendicular line, Onshape will show you the exact center of the square.

14. Click the dimensions tool again and select the circumference of the circle. Then input the value 4.8 as the diameter.

15. Click the green check mark.

16. Click the "extrude" button and select the circle.

17. Input a depth of 1.7mm and press the green check mark.

18. Rotate to the bottom orientation and create another sketch on the bottom plane.

19. Select the button to the left of the construction tool that says, "project/convert". Then select the circle that was created before to project a matching circle.

20. Press the green check mark.

21. Click the extrude button and select the circle.

22. Switch to the remove tab and input the depth as 1.7mm. Then select the "opposite direction" button to reverse the direction of the extrusion, if needed.

23. Click the green check mark.

24. If you would like to change the color, you can right-click "Part 1" on the left side and select "edit appearance" then you can select the color you would like.

25. To hide the planes and the origin you can press the eyes on the left side of the screen and it will hide those components.
